Who is responsible for processing your data
AZORA, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, registered office at 6 rue du Bourg, 74110 Morzine (SIREN 107 946 824, RCS Thonon-les-Bains), represented by Justin Godinas, Chairman, and Victor Bellini, Managing Director. Contact: info@azora-conciergerie.com.
What data we collect, and why
Through the pricing calculator and contact forms: name, email address, phone number (optional), area and property type, along with the message and property details you provide us. Nothing more — no data is requested for any other purpose. This information is only used to prepare your estimate or quote, respond to you, and follow up on your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR). If you write to us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we only keep the information you share with us in that exchange.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't lead anywhere are deleted 12 months after the last exchange. If you become a client, your data is kept for the full duration of our contractual relationship, then archived for as long as required by our accounting and tax obligations (10 years for accounting records).
Who has access to it
Justin Godinas and Victor Bellini only. Your data is never sold, rented out, or shared for commercial or advertising purposes. Two technical service providers act as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (site hosting and form submissions) and Google Ireland Ltd — Google Workspace (email, which hosts the messages you send us). As both providers belong to groups based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, by the providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No other party has access to your data.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies, social media trackers, or profiling tools. Only elements strictly necessary for the site to display may be used, which does not require your consent. If audience measurement were added later, it would be announced here and accompanied by a consent banner.
Security and confidentiality of your property
Sensitive information related to a property entrusted to us — exact address, access codes, key location, occupancy calendar — is only accessible to the team members who work on your property, and is never published or shared with third parties. Exchanges take place on password-protected tools, and access is revoked as soon as a collaboration ends.
